An important meeting with a delegation from Kent University (USA) led by Vice President Marcello Fantoni took place at the International University for the Humanities and Development. The Turkmen State Publishing Service has released a series of new textbooks for the education system. Among them is the textbook ‘Phonetics of the Arabic Language’ by G. Gurbannazarova, intended for students of linguistics. The publication contains modern phonetic norms, rules and exercises based on research by Turkmen and foreign scientists. A manual entitled ‘Creative School for Young Journalists’ has been prepared for future journalists, authored by the well-known Turkmen journalist Agamurat Mammedov. Twelfth-grade students will study from a new textbook entitled ‘Information, Communication and Innovative Technologies’. The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belarus, Nazaruly Shagulyev, visited the Brest State A.S. Jemshit Hudaykulov, a student at the preparatory department of Astrakhan State Technical University from Turkmenistan, took third place in an inter-university mathematics competition. The Magtymguly Turkmen State University has been included in the authoritative global Impact Rankings 2025 compiled by Times Higher Education (THE). David Pommerenke, Professor of Electrical Engineering at Graz University of Technology (Austria), paid a working visit to the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. Hiroshi Sasaki, Japan's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Turkmenistan, visited Specialised School No. 140 in Ashgabat. This was reported by the news agency ‘Turkmenistan: Golden age’.
