A meeting between Atajan Movlamov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, and Salem Mohammad Salem Al-Zaabi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan. This was reported by the online news resource TerraNews.

A. Movlamov congratulated his colleague on the presentation of his credentials to the President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, and wished him success in his work. The Diplomat also provided information on the activities of the diplomatic corps and planned initiatives.

The parties discussed the development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the UAE and expressed their readiness to expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

Following the meeting, the Diplomats confirmed their intention to maintain regular dialogue and strengthen working contacts within the diplomatic community of Pakistan.
