On October 17, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov reported on the supply of mineral fertilizers to Turkmen agricultural producers. This was reported by the TDH news agency.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, enterprises of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa” produce various types of fertilizers, meeting the needs of the domestic market. The remainder of the production is exported.

After hearing the report, Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the role of the chemical industry in supplying fertilizers to agriculture and instructed B. Annamammedov to continue efforts to bring the enterprises of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa” up to full design capacity.
