President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent congratulations to President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Kyong on the occasion of the national holiday — the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Independence Day. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.
In his message, Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the President of Vietnam good health, happiness and prosperity, and the people of the country peace, development and prosperity.
