A delegation of representatives from Pakistan’s construction and service sectors visited Turkmenistan from 19 to 23 August 2026. During the visit, negotiations were held with representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Industry and Construction, and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. This was reported by IIC.

The parties focused primarily on expanding mutual trade, promoting Pakistani construction products on the Turkmen market, and the prospects for new supplies. The participants also explored opportunities for concluding contracts and establishing business ties between companies in the two countries.

During the visit, the Pakistani representatives familiarised themselves with the operations of ‘Eziz Doganlar Keramika’, a manufacturer of decorative ceramic tiles, and the ‘Aydyň Gijeler’ commercial enterprise. The Turkmen side highly commended the quality of the products and the production capacity of the enterprises, emphasising their interest in establishing long-term cooperation.
