The decision was made at the 27th General Assembly of the Association, held on 16–17 October in Atyrau (Kazakhstan).
The university's membership in the Association opens up opportunities for expanding international cooperation, strengthening academic and scientific ties, as well as implementing joint projects and exchanging experience.
This event was an important step in strengthening the position of Turkmenistan's higher medical education system in the international arena.
The Assembly, held under the theme ‘The Caspian Ecosystem: Integration of Science and Education,’ was attended by representatives of universities and research centres from Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Russia. Discussions continued at the international conference ‘Dosmukhamedov Readings 2025: Modern Innovations and Artificial Intelligence in the Development of Science and Education.’
