At the International Forum in Ashgabat, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, emphasized the importance of the shared responsibility of states for the future of the planet. This was reported by the publication «Turkmenistan: Golden Age».

Hero Arkadag stressed that the global community needs coordinated and practical action. According to him, political maturity and joint efforts by countries are key to maintaining stability.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the United Nations remains the central instrument for such cooperation. He reminded that the UN’s potential is based on its universal legitimacy and mandate.

In his speech, Hero Arkadag highlighted that cooperation within the framework of Peace and Trust must be based on the principles of the UN Charter—equality, respect for sovereignty, and non-interference.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people added that adherence to these norms helps preserve peace and predictability, while also creating conditions for sustainable and respectful dialogue between states.
