Changes to laws related to human rights and economic development are being prepared. Seminars with the participation of deputies were held for students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan. Parliamentarians also participated in meetings with representatives of UN structures.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H. Geldimyradov presented the draft ‘Programme of Socio-Economic Development and Investment of Turkmenistan in 2026’. The document was prepared on the basis of existing state programmes and the budget. The programme provides for support for macroeconomic stability, GDP growth, export development, import substitution, digital and ‘green’ technologies, and job creation.

Deputy Prime Minister T. Atahallyev reported on the progress of agricultural work. Wheat crops are being tended and preparations are being made for cotton sowing. The development of livestock farming and the implementation of the National Forest Programme are continuing.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov reported on the modernisation of the enterprises of the State Concern ‘Türkmenhimiýa’. In particular, the ‘Türkmenturba’ plant.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers N. Atagulyev reported on preparations for Turkmenistan's participation in the World Expo 2027 in Belgrade. The national pavilion will operate under the slogan ‘Turkmenistan – melody of peace, land of health’.
