On June 29, the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a telephone conversation with the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. This was reported by the State News Agency TDH.
President Tokayev congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, wishing him good health, a long life, and continued success in his public service. He also highlighted Berdimuhamedov's contribution to strengthening relations between Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
Expressing his gratitude for the congratulations, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to the further development of fraternal relations and the strategic partnership with Kazakhstan.
The two leaders underscored the importance of high-level political dialogue based on mutual respect, openness, and friendship as a key factor in strengthening bilateral cooperation.
