Ashgabat and Arkadag City will host performances by foreign theatre companies in November as part of the 5th International Theatre Festival “Theatrical Art of the Happy Era”. This was reported by the news agency TDH.

According to the source, Deputy Chairwoman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Seyidova reported on preparations for the festival at a Cabinet meeting on 23 October.

The festival programme includes theatre performances and a working meeting of theatre directors and creative professionals. Participants will discuss the development of theatrical art and ways to expand international cooperation.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed B. Seyidova to ensure that the festival is properly organised and held to a high standard.
