On the eve of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC 3), President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the National Tourist Zone ‘Avaza’. This was reported by the IIC of Turkmenistan.

He was warmly welcomed at the Congress Centre by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The meeting took place in a spirit of friendship and mutual respect. The sides shook hands, emphasising the strong ties of good neighbourliness and strategic partnership between the two countries.

Hero Arkadag and the President of Uzbekistan also took a joint photo, symbolising the high level of bilateral cooperation and common commitment to promoting sustainable development goals at both the regional and global levels.
