In the 19th round of the Turkmenistan Football Championship, ‘Arkadag’ Football Club defeated ‘Merv’ from Mary with a score of 3:1. Despite a goal by Novruz Bayrammammedov in the 9th minute, the visitors were able to turn the tide of the game due to a double by Altymyrat Annadurdyev and a goal by Didar Durdyev in the second half of the match. This victory was ‘Arkadag’s 20th in a row in the national championship, allowing the team to consolidate its first place in the standings with 60 points. The match was an important preparation for the upcoming performance in the group stage of the AFC Champions League 2, where ‘Arkadag’ will play against Uzbekistan's ‘Andijan’.

Didar Durdyev, scoring his 19th goal of the season, retained his lead in the championship's scoring charts. Second and third place in the scoring race are occupied by his teammates Begench Akmamedov and Altymyrat Annadurdyev.
