A two-day seminar on circular economy with a focus on women's entrepreneurship, organised by the OSCE Centre, was held in Ashgabat on 18-19 September. This was reported by the online publication Arzuw.news.

Participants included representatives of parliament, relevant ministries, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, as well as women businesspeople and university lecturers.

During the hybrid event, international experts shared their experiences of implementing the circular economy as a tool for sustainable development.

Particular attention was paid to the efficient use of resources, waste reduction and the role of women entrepreneurs in shaping an inclusive and sustainable economy.
