In the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat, the ‘Makul Täjirçilik’ economic association has launched a modern complex for processing and packaging environmentally friendly tea products. This was reported by IIC.

The enterprise is equipped with machinery from China, Turkey and Europe, which ensures high-quality processing of raw materials. Fresh large-leaf green and black tea leaves harvested from new plantations are used in production. At the factory, they undergo cleaning, sorting and special processing, preserving their rich taste and aroma.

The finished products are sold under the ‘Lezzetli’ and ‘Garagum’ brands in various types of packaging. The new production is focused on the domestic market, but the company's strategic plans include exporting and promoting Turkmen tea abroad.
