The Protocol of the 13th meeting of the Turkmen-Russian Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation was held in Ashgabat, according to the news website Turkmenportal.

The document was signed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyev and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Husnullin.

Representatives of relevant ministries and departments, customs authorities, banks, and business circles of both countries took part in the commission's work.

Following the meeting, the parties also concluded several additional agreements covering cooperation in the fields of education, stock exchange trading, horse breeding, agriculture, and other areas.
