Gas workers from the ‘Saparmyrat Türkmenbaşyetrapgaz’ administration successfully fulfilled their plan for the first five months of the year, ensuring a stable supply of natural gas to residents and organisations in the western part of Dashoguz velayat. This was reported by the news website Asmannews.

Active gasification of new houses and social facilities continues both in the centre of the district and in rural areas. Since the beginning of the year, natural gas has become available to many families.

Currently, about 22,000 households use natural gas, and over 250 use liquefied gas. With the expansion of the network, the number of liquefied gas consumers is decreasing.

Repairs to the main pipelines are also being carried out and a digital metering system is being introduced to enable more efficient use of resources. More than 2,450 km of gas pipelines and 714 distribution units are under management. Internal gas supply systems in homes are being inspected on a regular basis.
