As part of the implementation of the ‘Concept for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025’ and the ‘State Programme for the Development of the Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2021–2025’ the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan has introduced a new digital customer system called ‘My Account’, according to the press service of the SCRMET of Turkmenistan.

The system is aimed at increasing the transparency, accessibility and efficiency of the services provided. The system allows users to register, manage their accounts, update contact details, configure notification channels and security settings, and quickly track the status of contracts, settlements and financial transactions.

In connection with the launch of the ‘My Account’ system, the exchange plans to hold a training seminar at which specialists will explain in detail how to use the system and answer participants’ questions.
