On 17 October as part of a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G.Agajanov reported on preparations for the XXXI international conference and exhibition «Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2026», which are planned to be held in Ashgabat. This was reported by the TDH news agency.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the forum will be held under the motto “Energy. Cooperation. Development”. The programme includes plenary sessions, forums, round tables and bilateral negotiations. Following the report, a corresponding proposal was presented to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Having heard the report, the head of state instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure a high organizational level of the upcoming conference and exhibition. The President of Turkmenistan noted the importance of holding international events for the development of the oil and gas sector and strengthening international cooperation in this area.
