The digitalisation of the national economy and the education system is continuing in Turkmenistan. This is reported by the online news site AsmanNews.

Modern information and communication technologies are being introduced in the country, aimed at increasing labour productivity, supporting economic growth and developing the private sector.

Particular attention is being paid to the digitalisation of education. As part of government strategies up to 2028, educational institutions – from nurseries to universities – are being equipped with modern facilities. The use of digital learning materials, new teaching methods and online resources is expanding.

These measures are aimed at training qualified specialists and strengthening the link between science and industry.
