President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent official congratulations to the leadership of the Russian Federation on the occasion of Russia Day. In his messages to President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the Head of State noted the special importance of the strategic partnership between the two countries. This was reported by the State information agency ‘Turkmenistan Today’.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that Turkmenistan highly values the development of multifaceted relations with the Russian Federation. The President of Turkmenistan expressed confidence in the further strengthening of bilateral cooperation in all areas.

On behalf of the Turkmen people and the Government of Turkmenistan, wishes for good health and success in state affairs were extended to Russian colleagues, and peace, well-being and prosperity to the entire Russian people.
