President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the Turkmen leader on the National Spring Holiday – International Nowruz Day. The letter noted that the holiday symbolizes warmth, joy, and hope for the future. Lukashenko emphasized Belarus’s readiness to develop friendly and partnership relations with Turkmenistan and expressed confidence that bilateral dialogue would serve the interests of citizens and stability in Eurasia.
