The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, and the people of Hungary on the occasion of their national holiday, St. Stephen's Day.
