On 29 July, Myahri Byashimova, Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister of Turkmenistan, held a meeting with Vasil Shaikhraziyev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, who had arrived in Ashgabat on a working visit. This was reported by the press office of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The parties noted the high level of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.

During the negotiations, the main focus was on the development of cultural ties and preparations for the final stage of the ‘Tatar Kyzy’ competition, which is to be held in Turkmenistan in October this year.
