On June 26–27, as part of a visit by the Turkmen delegation to the Republic of Croatia to participate in the international Dubrovnik Forum titled “The Era of Multipolarity: Multiple Directions, One Future,” Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Mekhri Byashimova held a meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria Ivanka Tasheva. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The two sides discussed prospects for the development of Turkmen–Bulgarian cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres. They also noted the effectiveness of cooperation between the two countries within international organizations, in particular the UN and the EU.
