The Union of Economists of Turkmenistan has announced a five-day training course entitled ‘ISO 9001: Develop your business through quality’, aimed at promoting the implementation of a quality management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015 in Turkmen enterprises. This was reported by the IIC of Turkmenistan.

The programme will begin on 15 August with a free introductory seminar, during which participants will be familiarised with the main provisions of the standard. The main course will take place from 25 to 29 August in Ashgabat.

The training will be organised in an interactive format with lectures, practical tasks, group discussions and question-and-answer sessions. The training is aimed at managers and specialists responsible for quality management in their organisations.

The organisers emphasise that the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 contributes to increased customer satisfaction, process optimisation and cost reduction, which ultimately improves business competitiveness.
