President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed two Resolutions concerning humanitarian cooperation and neutrality measures. This was reported by AsmanNews.

The first document concerns the preparation of the International Conference ‘The Role of Women in Modern Society: Developing International Cooperation to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals.’ The event will be held on 9–10 December 2025 in the ‘Avaza’ National Tourist Zone. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship have been tasked with organising the event together with the UN.

The second Resolution is dedicated to the International Forum, which will be held on 12 December 2025 in Ashgabat. It will be timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, International Neutrality Day and the declaration of 2025 as the ‘International Year of Peace and Trust’. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to ensure that the event is organised at a high level.
