Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on the results of a scientific competition among young people in Turkmenistan, which officially approved the results of the annual scientific competition dedicated to Science Day. This was reported by the state news agency TDH.

The document confirms the list of winners of the competition organised by the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan in conjunction with the Central Council of the Youth Organisation of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly. Young researchers who have achieved high results in the fields of science, education and innovative technologies will be awarded state prizes.

The Decree was adopted in accordance with the previously approved document No. 14109 of 6 February 2015, aimed at stimulating the intellectual potential of young people and developing priority areas of scientific research.
