The FIFA Executive Football Summit 2025 was held in Miami (USA), attended by the Chairman of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan, Guvanchmuhammet Ovekov, and the Secretary General of the FFT, Serdar Geldiyev. This was reported by the IIC of Turkmenistan.

According to the source, the event brought together FIFA leadership, representatives of continental confederations and national federations. Issues related to the development of football were discussed, including digital technologies such as FIFA Connect, the promotion of women's and youth football, preparations for international tournaments and the format of the new Club World Cup.

The participants paid special attention to the FIFA Arena project, which aims to create mini-football pitches around the world. The Football Federation of Turkmenistan expressed its readiness to participate in this initiative.
