Turkmenistan's Foreign Affairs Minister Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with the Foreign Affairs Minister of the Republic of Angola, Tete Antonio. This was reported by the press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The parties discussed further development of cooperation in areas of mutual interest. They highlighted cooperation in international organisations, including the UN, where the states support each other's initiatives.

They also discussed preparations for the International Forum on Peace and Trust, which will be held on 12 December in Ashgabat.
