With the support of the European Union, an educational programme for consultants aimed at effective implementation of organisational changes in small business companies has been successfully completed. This is reported by the Internet publication ‘Turkmenistan: Golden age’.

Within the framework of the ‘Consultations for Small Business’ initiative, the participants received not only theoretical knowledge, but also practised practical skills during special exercises. The programme allowed the consultants to exchange professional experience and expand business ties. The training was conducted by Vladimir Chernyavsky, a recognised expert with 25 years of experience, a lecturer at leading business schools and the head of more than one hundred successful consulting projects. His work covers key aspects of management: from strategic development to the implementation of modern management technologies.

This EBRD initiative is aimed at improving the quality of consulting services for small businesses, which contributes to the sustainable development of entrepreneurship in the region.
