President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent his congratulations to the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, To Lam, on the occasion of the national holiday — Independence Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This was reported by the news agency TDH.
