From October 12 to 26, 2026, a specialized seminar on artificial intelligence and digital technologies for employees of government institutions of Turkmenistan was held in Wuhan and Shenzhen. Specialists from the Innovation Information Center of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and representatives of the country's higher education institutions took part in the training, according to the press service of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The program included classes and presentations on China's education system, digitalization, artificial intelligence, innovative technologies, the digital economy and international cooperation. Participants also learned about the experience of Alibaba.

During the seminar, representatives of Turkmenistan studied China's digital solutions and exchanged professional experience. Particular attention was paid to the possibilities of applying the knowledge gained in the educational process, scientific research and the digitalization of higher education institutions.

Participation in the seminar will enable specialists to use the knowledge gained to improve their qualifications, introduce modern technologies into Turkmenistan's education system and expand international cooperation.
