Representatives of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Turkmenistan took part in the international forum ‘GovHR: New Systems, Modern Services, Novel Solutions,’ held on 20 June in Astana. This was reported by the news website Turkmenportal.

The event, timed to coincide with International Public Service Day (23 June), was dedicated to modern HR practices in the public sector. The Turkmen delegation studied foreign experience in human resource management within the framework of international cooperation.

The forum discussed the prospects for introducing smart HR solutions and increasing the transparency and effectiveness of personnel policy. Representatives of Turkmenistan emphasised the importance of international dialogue for the development of digital skills and the training of civil servants.
