In order to modernise public utilities and improve the quality of public services for the population, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree allowing the Ashgabat city administration to sign a contract with the Chinese company Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. It is reported by the state news agency TDH.

According to the document, within the framework of the agreement it is planned to purchase specialised vehicles, municipal machinery and equipment, as well as spare parts, designed to ensure the smooth operation of municipal services of the capital.
