The statement of the participants of the Second Central Asian Youth Dialogue, held on 16 April 2025 at the UN headquarters, has been published as an official document of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly and Security Council (A/79/894–S/2025/255). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The document emphasises the importance of the region's youth potential for sustainable development, ecology and water use. The participants expressed their commitment to the ideals of peace and cooperation, supported UN Security Council Resolution 2250 and the initiative to declare 2025 the International Year of Peace and Trust, noting in particular the role of Turkmenistan's neutrality in strengthening stability in the region.

The forum brought together delegations from 43 countries and served as a platform for discussing youth initiatives in the fields of ecology, digitalisation and inclusion. The publication of the appeal was further confirmation of the recognition of Turkmenistan's international initiatives.
