On 29 June, in honour of the second anniversary of the founding of the city of Arkadag, new residents were ceremoniously handed the keys to modern apartments and houses, according to the state news agency TDH.

The festive atmosphere was accompanied by music and performances by creative groups. Residents shared their impressions of the “smart” technologies that make life as comfortable as possible.

Motion sensors regulate lighting in rooms, automatic curtains adjust to light and weather conditions, and security systems prevent accidents and are controlled remotely.

The new residents expressed their gratitude to the country's leadership for their attention to the well-being of citizens and for creating conditions for a comfortable life.
