On 7 July, Rashid Meredov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, held a telephone conversation with Lejone Mpotjoane, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations of the Kingdom of Lesotho. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the conversation, the parties discussed key aspects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, confirming their mutual interest in further developing cooperation in the international arena.

Particular attention was paid to preparations for the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC 3).
