In particular, the Head of State recalled the Caspian Environmental Initiative and Turkmenistan's proposal to establish a Special Programme of the United Nations for the Aral Sea Basin.

In conclusion, Serdar Berdimuhamedov recalled that 2025 has been declared the International Year of Peace and Trust by the UN at the proposal of Turkmenistan and coincides with the 30th anniversary of the recognition of the country's neutrality. He stressed that peace, trust and neutrality are the basis of Turkmenistan's foreign policy and expressed readiness for further cooperation with the international community.
