During Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov's visit to Turkmenistan, flowers were laid at the People's Memory Memorial Complex. Representatives of the diplomatic corps and the media attended the ceremony alongside the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry Head, according to the Turkmenistan IIC.
