An international forum organised by the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations, in conjunction with the Geneva Centre for Neutrality and the Greater Caspian Association, was held at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva. This was reported by the IIC.

More than 300 diplomats, politicians, economists and experts took part in the event to discuss the role of neutrality in contemporary global challenges.

Tatyana Valovaya, Director-General of the UN Office in Geneva, delivered a welcoming speech. The forum programme included three sessions, during which diplomatic stability, the investment climate, artificial intelligence regulation and digital security were discussed.

The forum concluded with closing remarks and an informal reception, allowing participants to exchange experiences and strengthen professional contacts. Experts emphasised the growing importance of neutrality as a tool for development, dialogue and trust in the 21st century.
