The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, has sent an official invitation to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, to attend a meeting of Central Asian leaders scheduled for 6 November in Washington. This was reported by the news website Asmannews.

In his message, the US President noted his desire to discuss ways to strengthen and expand relations between the US and Central Asian countries. According to Donald Trump, the upcoming summit will address issues of economic cooperation, regional security and the development of cooperation.

‘I am convinced that together we can achieve outstanding results,’ the US President emphasised.

Donald Trump expressed his hope to personally welcome Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the White House and stressed the importance of dialogue between the US and the countries of the region in the context of global challenges and new economic opportunities.
