In Ashgabat, the results of a joint educational program of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) were summed up. Representatives of Turkmen departments completed the advanced training course and received certificates from the Russian university, according to the IIC of Turkmenistan

The program is being implemented based on a cooperation agreement signed by the academies in 2024. The training was conducted remotely with the participation of Russian expert practitioners.

Participants studied modern management methods, digitization of the public sector, effective financial management, and personnel transformation.
