A ceremony marking the official launch and presentation of the digital logistics platform “Transport Expedition” (TEX) took place in Ashgabat. It is the first digital logistics service in Turkmenistan, bringing together cargo shippers, drivers, fleet owners, and logistics companies on a single online platform, according to the news website AsmanNews.
The event was attended by industry experts, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and representatives of relevant organizations. An online broadcast via Google Meet was arranged for international participants.
The project was implemented on the basis of the business entity “Daşly kenar” with the support of the “Turkmen Logistics” Association, which unites more than 160 companies. The platform was developed over a period of two years with the participation of both national and international specialists.
The main function of TEX is to facilitate logistics operations and settlements in international currencies and the Turkmen manat. The service operates on a “one-stop-shop” principle and is available via a website and mobile applications on Google Play and the App Store.
The platform includes intelligent transport matching, GPS cargo monitoring, optimization of logistics costs through direct interaction between participants, and analytical tools for expense planning.
The system is available in English, Russian, and Turkish and has been developed with security and user convenience in mind. The platform has already been launched. To register, users must visit texexpress.pro and complete the application form.
