This was reported by AsmanNews.

During the negotiations, Oguljahan Atabayeva spoke about the results of the work of the Fund, which was established in 2021. According to her, more than 700 operations were performed on children using the Fund's resources, and the Health and Rehabilitation Centre and inclusive kindergarten attached to the Fund provided assistance to almost 900 children this year alone.

The foreign guests highly appreciated the Fund's contribution to supporting children in difficult life situations. Pakistani Ambassador Faryal Leghari emphasised that caring for children is a key priority for any society. Jalpa Ratna, Head of the UNICEF Office, noted that the Fund's activities ‘clearly demonstrate Turkmenistan's humanistic approach’ and confirmed the organisation's readiness to share its international experience.

Special attention was paid at the meetings to the preparation of a joint event for World Children's Day, which will be celebrated on 22 November.

At the end of the negotiations, representatives of Pakistan and UNICEF expressed their confidence in the further strengthening of cooperation with the Fund in the interests of children's welfare.
