The Fine Arts Exhibition Centre is hosting a personal exhibition dedicated to the 70th birthday of renowned Turkmen sculptor Abdymuhammet Oramadov. The exhibition showcases the artist's versatility, including both his sculptures and paintings. This was reported by the online publication ‘Turkmenistan: Golden age’.

Oramadov, a graduate of the Saint Petersburg Repin Academy of Arts, has taught at the Children's Art School named after Bashim Nuraly for over 25 years. The artist gained international recognition after participating in sculpture symposia in China (2001, 2011) and exhibitions in France, Finland, Russia, and Kazakhstan.

Among the most notable works in the exhibition are a three-metre-tall sculpture titled ‘Hormatly’ (‘Honourable’), small monuments such as ‘Näbelli adam’ (‘Unknown Person’) and ‘Abstraction,’ as well as a photographic collage of sculptural works. A special place in the exhibition is occupied by the socially significant painting ‘Pandemic,’ which symbolises humanity's unity in the fight against the virus.
