A new modern settlement is being built on the territory of the Taze yol rural council of Kunyaurgench district of Dashoguz velayat of Turkmenistan, which will be equipped with all necessary infrastructure for comfortable life and labour activity. This is reported by the news agency ‘Turkmenistan: Golden age’.

The project envisages construction of hundreds of residential houses, including cottages, as well as laying of modern engineering communications - water supply networks, electricity, gas pipeline and roads.

Special attention is paid to the development of the production base. A private enterprise for production of soft drinks, a bakery and a greenhouse complex for growing lemons and mushrooms will be opened in the settlement. These facilities will not only provide the population with products, but will also create jobs for local residents.

There will also be a wide network of social and cultural facilities: a secondary school for 420 students, a kindergarten for 160 children, a Health House, a House of Culture with a 200-seat auditorium, a shopping centre, shops, a service centre, administration and fire service buildings.

The construction of the new settlement is being carried out in accordance with modern town-planning standards adopted in the country. The project is aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and socio-economic development of the region.
