On 29 July 2026, a meeting took place at the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Turkmenistan between Ahmet Gurbanov, Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister of Turkmenistan, and Ramazan Seçilmiş, Deputy Head of the Migration Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Turkey.
