‘John Deere’ is testing new agricultural equipment in Turkmenistan. This was announced by the company's representative in the country, Colin Nelson, during the Turkmen-American Business Forum held in Washington, according to Turkmenportal. According to Nelson, the equipment, designed for harvesting cotton and wheat, improves water use efficiency. He expressed hope that Turkmen private enterprises will show interest in purchasing the new equipment in the future. Last week, 11 deals were concluded at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan. This was reported by TerraNews.
